Returns are eligible for store credit only.
* We will happily accept returns on new/unworn item(s) with all original tags attached within 7 days from when your order was received.
- Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number for reference BEFORE you ship back your item(s).
- Once we receive and inspect your item(s), a store credit gift card will be issued and emailed to you within 1-3 business days.
Formal Wear Returns:
For any formal wear please request a return within 3 days upon arrival of item. The return package must be received within 5 days of placing your request. All formal wear sales are final sale after 3 days of receiving your order.
Orders not eligible for returns:
- Items appearing to be worn, damaged, stained or tags removed.
- Sale and clearance items are final sale.
- Accessory Items are final sale.
- Pop-up shop purchases are final sale.
A Few Things To Consider:
- Customers will be responsible for returning items along with shipping expenses. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We highly suggest using a trackable shipping label when sending back your items as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Customers will need to advise us of the shipping status along with the tracking information of the item.
If after receiving your item(s), you find that you need it in a different size, please request a return for the item (per the terms above). Then place a new order for the item in the correct size. Please contact us before you place the new order so we can check if it is available for you.
